Orders
We will acknowledge receipt of your order and aim to supply the clothing to you within 7 days. We will then email confirmation when the order is ready for collection, which is usually the following Friday morning at 8.30-8.50 am from the shelter within the school playground. Any delays likely to be incurred due to stock availability will be advised immediately and updates provided.
Returns policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or defective other than usual wear and tear we will have no hesitation in crediting or replacing it. Please email us with any concerns as soon as they become apparent.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any unworn/unwashed item returned to us within 14 days of supply in its original packaging, for sizing purposes – please email us to arrange an exchange.
